This experiment demonstrates equilibrium and steady state through the heating of water from room temperature to boiling. Below you will find the worksheet for this experiment, a short video clip showing the experiment setup, as well as a graph of the data gathered during the experiment for your use to answer the questions in the worksheet. An image of the setup is also provided for clarification on the locations of each thermocouple for the experiment.
